1. 🔍 Discover: Enter username to visit QCard
   🔍

   Browse members directory →
2. 🤝 Initiate: Click on the Peopleize request button under the user's profile
3. 📨 Request: Click "🤝 Request Peopleization" to send your invitation
4. 🔔 Notify: Receiver gets Peopleizeing request notification (email + on-site)
5. ❤️ Respond: Receiver accepts or declines on their Peopleize QCard page
6. 🌱 Connect: When accepted, Peopleizeation is created - the community grows!
