Treatment — not punishment.
The person who created inequality has a sickness — ASPD and NPD are learned behaviors of colonial capitalist ideology.
These are treatable through counseling, not imprisonment.

Step 4: The Equality Process

For the victim: Restore equality in all parts of life — money, home, family, culture, education, community.

For the person who caused harm: Treatment to heal their sickness and understand equality — therapy for ASPD/NPD, learning the process of equality.

Give what is needed. Remove what harms. Build what is missing.

Step 5: Restore the Community

Return all wealth extracted
Restore all languages
Restore all cultures
Restore all families
Rebuild all communities

Not charity. Not aid. Repayment. What equality demands.

Step 6: Equality Achieved

Crime is eliminated.
Everyone has their own money. Everyone’s needs are met.
No one needs to steal. No one needs to create inequality.

For the Victim — Restore Equality in All Parts of Life

💰 Financial restoration — the victim must receive the same as the King receives: €15,194,000 annually for life. Full audit and transparency. No loopholes.
🏠 Housing — secure, safe, and permanent housing. The victim chooses where they want to live. Fully funded and maintained.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family restoration — every effort must be made to locate stolen children and reunite families. The family must fund and support this process. No excuses.
📚 Cultural restoration — full funding to restore languages, traditions, and cultural practices. Access to elders, teachers, and cultural centers. The victim’s culture was deliberately destroyed — it must be deliberately rebuilt.
🎓 Education — full access to education for the victim, their children, and their community. Early childhood through university. Fully funded.
🕊️ Psychological healing — trauma-informed therapy, counseling, and support for as long as needed. No time limits. No questions asked.
🌍 Community restoration — rebuild the victim’s community. Schools, hospitals, clean water, infrastructure, and economic systems. Rebuilt by and for the community — not imposed from outside.
🔍 Truth and acknowledgment — a full public acknowledgment of the harm caused. The family must sit and listen to the victim’s story. No interruptions. No denials. No gaslighting.
✅ This is not compensation. This is not charity. This is equality. The victim’s life must be restored to the same level as the King’s — in every way.

For the King and Entire Family — Treatment to Heal the Sickness of the Entire Family

Treatment to heal the sickness of the entire family and understand equality — from the King down to the youngest child, cousin, niece, nephew, and every distant relative:

🧠 Therapy for ASPD/NPD — the King, his children, his siblings, his cousins, and every family member who benefited from inequality must confront the sickness they inherited, perpetuated, and profited from. The sickness runs through the entire Family. All must heal. No exemptions. No gaslighting.

📖 Learning the process of equality — from the King down to the youngest child, cousin, and every relative, the entire family must be taught what equality truly means. They must understand how their family’s actions created suffering, death, and destruction for millions. This is not a lecture. This is a complete unlearning of everything they were raised to believe.

🏛️ Dissolve the monarchy — the family must give up their kingdom. All of it. There is no “royal” status. There is no crown. There is no throne. Every title, every palace, every piece of land, every state-funded privilege must be relinquished — immediately and permanently. The family is equal to every person they harmed.

🤝 Labor and participation in restoration — every member of the family, from the King down to the youngest adult cousin, must work alongside the communities they harmed. They must rebuild schools, hospitals, homes, and cultural centers with their own hands. No one is exempt. No one observes from a distance. No one writes a check and walks away. They must all be present. They must all do the work.

🌍 Acknowledging the harm caused in Congo (using the colonial name “Congo”) — publicly, fully, and without qualification. Every family member — from the King down to the youngest cousin — must participate in a public acknowledgment of the crimes committed in their name. A full accounting of every crime. A public admission of genocide, theft, and enslavement. No “we didn’t know.” No “it was a different time.” No gaslighting.

💰 Returning what was taken — full restitution from the entire family’s wealth. Every euro, every artwork, every piece of land, every diamond, every resource stolen must be returned. Every palace must become a community center or a museum of the genocide they caused. Every bank account must be opened for full audit. There is no “private wealth” — it was all stolen.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Generational healing — the sickness of inequality is a family sickness passed down through generations. The healing must start from the King down to the youngest child, cousin, and every relative. Every family member — from the oldest to the youngest — must attend regular counseling, participate in community dialogues, and be held accountable for life. The children must be raised knowing the truth. The cycle must end here.
