The community umbutho will be the community board that overseas the community umbuthos. Each umbutho will have a representative on the board to help ensure support for all programs.

LANGA DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT
We all can offer support of our knowledge, time or donation to assist
Langa Community to build together and creating jobs & a green Langa.
The peopleize goal is to collect donation that will be used to purchase
the material to build, modernize, renovate and create products that will
be used for the children & adult after school program.
The 50% of the donations obtained will be used to build & setup the community center and after school program facilities. In addition to pay the Langa Umbutho employees an
annual salary (including health insurance).
The 50% of the
donations obtained will be to used to invest in locals entrepreneurs to create
businesses to provide services for the after school program. The
business Umbutho will provide appeal, shoes, meals, bikes, computers,
cafe, co-working space, fitness center, media, cultural and education services for after school program.
Umbutho:
Umbutho will represent a organization of individuals who come together to establish a group to fulfill a community need. They provide their time and energy to produce a product or service that will be used for the community and can be sold to generate money for the community. The Umbutho will have both volunteers and paid employees. Together with peopleize, all needed equipment, facilities and
development plans will be provided for the umbutho programs. In addition to payments for services and staff salary.
The peopleize time sharing concept:
When someone volunteers their time for 10 hours a week for any of the
after school programs they will receive for their time they
donated (volunteered) to the community free access to all the Langa
community peopleize program (job training, sports, meals discount, fresh farm food discount, umbutho production discounts, etc).
Umbutho employee salary concept:
Member can work up to 15 hours per week in one of the community umbutho
program to receive a paid salary with taxes & health insurance
included at rate of R? per hour and a maximum of 60 hours per month.
The contract will be for 12 month, including 30 days paid vacation and
maternity leave.

Creating programs to build computers in the community by the community members.
Creating co-working farms that provide meals for the after school program and community.
Renovating homes/shacks into modernized home with solar panels built by the community.
