DECOLONIZE LAW
The PEOPLEIZE vision ensures every person on Earth receives exactly the same life resources. No inheritance, no wealth accumulation, no financial slavery.
A WORLD BASED ON EQUALITY
How Decolonizing Law Transforms Society
The desire to dominate, to treat another person as unequal or enslave them, is not a sign of strength or superiority, but a profound psychological and moral failure. It is a pathology born from a void within the oppressor, a need to externalize one’s own lack of inner worth by creating a class of people deemed ‘lesser.’ A truly whole and healthy individual seeks connection and equality; the will to power over others is a symptom of a broken spirit.
We must dismantle the colonial legal system, which is a tool for maintaining this pathology and its resulting inequality, and replace it with a new equality foundational code. This Law of Equality is not a set of rules within a community or society, but the very architecture for building a community and society of universal equality.
The Principle for Law of Equality
Decolonized of all discrimination hierarchy organization, religious class system, religious hierarchy, and authoritarian leadership.
Each community guarantees every person an equal share of all community resources (money, housing, food, healthcare, education, etc) sufficient for an equal life for all people on earth.
Each person controls their body (including what they consume).
Foundation of Equality
With primary motivators for crime being to get money, by removing the artificial created value of money and making money equal and available to everyone free, the very concept of most traditional crimes disappears.
Reclassification of “Crimes”
Under this new framework, actions are not judged as inherently “right” or “wrong” but are evaluated based on their impact on another individual’s person or guaranteed equality.
Eliminated Colonial Crimes
Christian and religious colonial crimes are abolished. Theft becomes illogical when all needs are met. Drug possession is decriminalized. “Victimless” consensual crimes no longer exist.
Restorative Justice System
The legal system focuses on rehabilitation, not punishment. Anyone who commits crimes is presumed to need psychological help or rehabilitation, with focus on victim support and community healing.
The Law of Equality Framework
โ Eliminated Crimes
Theft & Property Crime – Since all material needs are guaranteed, stealing for survival becomes illogical. People simply request funds from the community.
Drug Possession & Use – All psychoactive substances are decriminalized. Legal status shifts from prohibition to equality and informed consent.
“Victimless” Consensual Crimes – Treating someone as less than another person is recognized as a mental sickness requiring treatment, not punishment.
๐ค New Legal Categories
Acts of Force & Coercion – Assault, murder, rape, fraud. These violate another’s person or rights and attack community guaranteed equality.
Acts of Sabotage – Willfully destroying or hoarding community resources that guarantee everyone’s equality.
Violation of Informed Consent – Providing substances without full knowledge of effects and risks becomes a paramount law protecting bodily autonomy.
๐ Justice & Rehabilitation
Focus on Healing – Since economic motives are removed, offenders need psychological help, not punitive punishment.
Victim-Centered Approach – Ensuring victims receive support and rehabilitation to restore community equality.
Restorative Process – Protecting society, diagnosing root causes, and providing therapy and social reintegration programs.
