π A New Earth System Begins
Replacing 1000+ Years of Colonial Slavery & Hierarchy
THE WHY: 1000+ Years of Colonial Slavery & Hierarchy
For over a millennium, colonial capitalist systems have enslaved, exploited, and divided humanity.
From the transatlantic slave trade to ongoing resource extraction, from forced cultural assimilation
to the destruction of Indigenous ways of lifeβthis system was built on inequality
and maintained through violence.
ποΈ The Colonial Capitalist System: A Legacy of Extraction
This system was never designed for equality. It was designed to extract wealth from the Global South
and concentrate it in European and colonial powers. It continues today through:
βοΈ Financial Enslavement
Money belongs equally to ALL PEOPLE. Yet colonial currencies are created by private banks, lent with interest, and used to extract endless wealth from the Global South. If you use the money of European colonizers, you are still enslaved in the European financial enslavement system.
π Colonial Legal Systems
Laws were created to protect property and hierarchy, not people. The colonial legal system criminalizes poverty while protecting the wealthy. It punishes victims and rewards exploiters. Religious hierarchies, monarchies, corporate structures, and authoritarian governments all maintain this system.
π£οΈ Linguistic & Cultural Genocide
There are approximately 7,000 languages spoken worldwide. Thousands of Indigenous, First Nations, and Tribal languages are at risk of linguistic genocide. We lose one language approximately every 14 days. Each loss represents irreplaceable cultural knowledge.
π§ Cultivating Pathology
These systems systematically cultivate Antisocial (ASPD) and Narcissistic (NPD) Personality Disorder traits. They reward callousness, grandiosity, and exploitation. The desire to dominate is not a sign of strength, but a profound psychological and moral failure.
π European Settlement Apartheid Colonies
The ESAC states (so-called USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and others) continue colonial violence against Indigenous peoples. These apartheid colonial settlements maintain systems of terror and extraction that must be dismantled.
ποΈ Authoritarian Power Structures
Religious class systems, religious hierarchy, authoritarian leadershipβall maintain the colonial order. Decolonization of ALL hierarchy organization is essential. No one is above another. All people are equal.
End The Pathology of Domination
The desire to dominate, to treat another person as unequal or enslave them, is not a sign of strength or superiority, but a profound psychological and moral failure.
It is a pathology born from a void within the oppressorβa need to externalize one’s own lack of inner worth by creating a class of people deemed ‘lesser.’ A truly whole and healthy individual seeks connection and equality; the will to power over others is a symptom of a broken spirit.
We must heal this brokennessβindividually and collectivelyβto build a new world.
THE TURN: From Extraction to Equality
We stand at a turning point in human history. Just as the sun reaches its pivot, so too does humanity.
We are moving away from the old colonial systems of extraction and hierarchy, and towards a new era of global equality, peace, and regeneration.
THE HOW: The Peopleize Equality System
PEOPLEIZE goal is to dismantle colonial systems from the Earth, eliminate current colonial global financial systems, reclaim our environment, and redefine governance by the peopleβensuring equality for all.
This is what it looks like when we create a world in which all people are equal, with no hierarchical systems.
ποΈ The Four Pillars of Decolonization
βοΈ Decolonize Money
Money belongs equally to ALL PEOPLE.
π€ The Handshake Principle: Two-way. Equal. Consensual. Money Without The Handshake Is Colonial Extraction.
The colonial banking system works like this: one party creates money from nothing, lends it with interest, and extracts value forever. There’s no handshakeβno mutual consent, no equality, no relationship.
Equality Is Not Negotiable. All money is equal. All people are equal. All exchanges are between equals.
βοΈ Decolonize Law
The PEOPLEIZE vision ensures every person on Earth receives exactly the same life resources.
No inheritance. No wealth accumulation. No financial slavery.
The Law of Equality: Each community guarantees every person an equal share of all community resources (money, housing, food, healthcare, education) sufficient for an equal life for all people on earth.
Reclassification of “Crimes”: Christian and religious colonial crimes are abolished. Theft becomes illogical when all needs are met. Drug possession is decriminalized.
ποΈ Restorative Justice in Action: When someone violates another’s equality, a circle of 20 randomly selected Community Listeners hears the disputeβnot to punish, but to restore balance. The focus is on ensuring the impacted person is cared for, and recommending transformative treatment for those who violate another’s equality. Judging is not a career but a shared calling to equality, reaching dialog-based agreements together.
Rehabilitation Presumption: Anyone who commits harm is presumed to need helpβnot punishment. No hierarchy in justice. No one is above the law because no one is above anyone else.
π± Decolonize Education
Education is a lifelong process of discovering one’s unique potential.
Value is measured by one’s well-being and not wealth.
How Decolonizing Education Transforms Society: By returning educational sovereignty to individuals and communities, we create a foundation for genuine human development.
Equality of All Education: All learning opportunities are equal and accessible to every person throughout their lifetime, regardless of age or background.
The current colonial education system perpetuates inequality, standardized thinking, and career-focused learning. Decolonized education provides the framework for every person to discover their unique potential.
π£οΈ Decolonize Language
Preserve Your Ancestral Language Before It’s Gone
π Emoji Peopleize Language Communication: A fully functional, decolonized writing communication language for all world. Each emoji has prerecorded audio in every languageβthe app converts emojis into the user’s native language. You speak in your language, and the other person hears it in theirs.
Basic Numbers: π=Zero, βοΈ=One, βοΈ=Two, π€=Three, π=Four, π€=Five, π€βοΈ=Six, π€βοΈ=Seven, π€π€=Eight, π€π=Nine, βοΈπ=Ten
Example: π€ πΆββοΈββ‘οΈ π = “I am walking home” β read in your native language through the app.
The Core Principle: Every person reads Peopleize in their own native language. The emojis carry the meaningβyour mother tongue provides the words.
No need to learn a colonial language. All people can communicate with each other in their own native language.
URGENT: Linguistic Genocide in Progress. Every language we save is a victory against cultural genocide.
π³οΈ How We Govern: Peopleize Equality World Community Meetings
Politics is no longer a professionβit belongs to every person. We govern ourselves through a multi-layered community meeting system that ensures every voice is heard and power never concentrates.
ποΈ Local Community Meetings
Frequency: 4 times each SunRun
Who Participates: Randomly selected representatives from every aspect of community lifeβteachers, students, recreation, each business type, agriculture, healthcare, arts & culture.
“Every person will serve at least once in their lifetime.”
π Regional Meetings
Frequency: 4 times each SunRun
Purpose: Coordinate across communities within a region. Randomly selected representatives from local communities align regional resources and address challenges that cross community boundaries.
π Tectonic Plate Meetings
Frequency: 2 times each SunRun
Purpose: Coordinate across continent-scale regions. Representatives from regional meetings address large-scale ecological, economic, and cultural coordination across tectonic plate regions.
π Earth Meetings
Frequency: 2 times each SunRun
Purpose: Global coordination and policy recommendations. Randomly selected representatives from tectonic plate meetings address global challengesβclimate, resource sharing, peaceβwith the collective wisdom of all humanity.
π Key Principle: All recommendations from representatives are voted on by ALL community membersβnot just representatives. Power belongs to every person, not to politicians.
π€ Random Selection & Rotation: No one becomes a professional politician. Everyone takes their turn serving their community.
π’ Community-Owned Business Structure: Companies are community-owned and run. Every position rotates, and manager/CEO roles are shared by a few rotating people. The focus is not on one person making decisions, but the group.
π What the Peopleize Equality System Looks Like
π° Equal Resources
Every person on Earth receives exactly the same life resources. No inheritance. No wealth accumulation. No financial slavery.
βοΈ Restorative Justice
The legal system focuses on rehabilitation, not punishment. Focus on victim support and community healing. “Crimes” redefined as harm to another’s person or equality.
π± Lifelong Learning
Education is a lifelong process of discovering one’s unique potential. All learning opportunities are equal and accessible to every person throughout their lifetime.
π£οΈ Native Languages
Every person reads and writes in their own native language. No need to learn a colonial language. All people can communicate with each other in their own native tongue.
π€ The Handshake
Two-way. Equal. Consensual. All relationships and exchanges are between equals. No extraction. No exploitation. No hierarchy.
π Global Unity
Dismantling colonial systems from the Earth. Reclaiming our environment. Redefining governance by the people. Ensuring equality for all.
π€ The Handshake Principle: Foundation of the New System
β Two-Way
All relationships and exchanges must be mutual. No one-sided extraction. No one-way flow of wealth or power.
βοΈ Equal
All people are equal. No hierarchy. No one above another. No system that rewards domination or exploitation.
π€ Consensual
Everything is agreed upon by equals. No coercion. No force. No violence. No colonial extraction disguised as “free trade.”
A Day in a Peopleized World
What does life feel like when equality is the foundation? Here is an example of two people in two different roles.
Maya’s Morning
Artist | 34 years old
π 7:00 AM – Waking with Purpose
Maya wakes in his comfortable, equality peopleized home, one of thousands in his community. No rent anxiety. No mortgage. His housing is guaranteed, identical in quality to everyone else’s. He prepares breakfast with fresh, locally-grown food from the community gardens.
π¨ 9:00 AM – Creative Contribution
At the community arts center, Maya works on a mural celebrating local history. This is his “contribution time”, he chooses work that aligns with his passions. He’s not creating for a market or to sell, but to beautify shared spaces and tell community stories.
π΅ 2:30 PM – Community Care
After lunch, Maya joins the Community Listenersβa circle of 20 randomly selected members fulfilling their civic duty. Here, judging is not a career but a shared calling to equality. They hear disputes not to punish, but to restore balance: ensuring the impacted person is cared for, and recommending transformative treatment for those who violate another’s equality, reaching a dialog-based agreement together.
Later, he spends time with elderly community members, sharing stories and ensuring their well-being. Care work is valued equally to all other contributions. He learns traditional crafts from elders, knowledge freely passed between generations without financial transaction.
πΏ 5:00 PM – Personal Time
With her 4-hour contribution complete, Maya tends his personal garden, attends a free physics workshop at the learning center, and joins friends for music. There’s no rush, no second job needed. Time belongs to life itself.
“The biggest change isn’t what we have, but what we’ve lost: anxiety about survival, competition for basics, and the constant pressure to earn our right to exist. We contribute from abundance, not scarcity. We’re free to be fully human.”
